Thinking of becoming a Heron owner? 

Here are a few facts about Heron apartments.

The Heron has 20 floors, with two mirror-image identical apartments per floor, total of 40 apartments in the building.  Each apartment has one assigned enclosed garage parking space and one air conditioned storage locker.

In the original plan, each apartment had two lanais.  Owners have made very individual choices of design, of enclosing one or both lanais, and of removing non-structural walls.  Additionally, some apartments have been very recently updated and renovated; others remain in near original condition.  Thus each apartment has its own individual personality.
